As a Dental Hygienist, she is passionate about enhancing smiles through  making connections of whole health, beginning and ending in the mouth.

An ancient Ayurvedic therapy in which warm, herbal oil is applied to the entire body. Specific techniques directed toward the heart. Benefits include improved blood circulation, calming the nervous system, lubricating joints, assisting in elimination of impurities from the body, tone tissues and leave you with a natural glow.

Shirodhara
Ayurvedic healing technique involves warm oil slowly and methodically poured from a copper pot onto your forehead, in a steady stream, creating a blissful sensation. This purifying and rejuvenating therapy is designed to reduce stress and mental exhaustion.
